Privacy Policy

Quin Is Your Wise Buddy, Inc. ("Quin," "we," "us") operates iamquin.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What We Collect

We collect only what you give us:

• Your email address, when you create an account.
• The financial inputs you submit during a demo session (for example, a checking balance and monthly spending, or a credit card balance, rate, and fee).
• The response the Site generates for you, which contains those inputs in derived form.
• Optional feedback you provide about a response.

We do not collect bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords to other services, or credit card numbers. Do not enter these into the Site.

How We Use It

We use your information to operate the demo, generate responses to your inputs, and study how the demo performs so we can improve it. We do not sell your information.

Third-Party AI Providers

The Site generates responses by sending your inputs and our system instructions to third-party AI providers, currently Anthropic and Google. These providers process the inputs to produce a response and are contractually restricted from using the data to train their general models.

Email From Us

If you opt in during signup, we may email you about this demo and future tests — for example, to invite you to try a new version, share findings, or let you know if the demo is ending. We send these through Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to quin@iamquin.ai.

How We Store It

Account and demo data are stored using Supabase, our database and authentication provider. We use reasonable technical measures to protect the data, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your Choices

You can delete your account at any time from within the Site. Deletion removes your email and all data associated with your account from our systems. You can also email quin@iamquin.ai with any privacy request.

Disclosure

We may disclose information to the service providers described above, when required by law, or in connection with a sale of the business.

Eligibility

The Site is available only to United States residents who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the change.
